We offer small group functional fitness classes and tailored personal training packages. Emily
Emily is a female fitness specialist and qualified personal trainer. The combination of her professional experience plus growing up with her mum and two sisters, showed her the importance of women feeling good; when women feel good, the rest follows. Emily is passionate about supporting women feel great about themselves, inside and out.
Alongside being a wife and mother of three beautiful girls Emily has always been a fitness fanatic, when she had Violet she realised that her 9-5 job was not satisfying her enough to leave her every day. In pursuit of something she felt passionate about she took the plunge and followed her heart towards the health and fitness industry.
Emily will tailor your fitness journey and support you in feeling great; she oozes with kindness, great energy and strong competence in a fitness environment.
LLoyd
Lloyd began his fitness career as a military personal training instructor. He has over 20 years PT experience, 16 of which were working in commercial gyms. He has had a passion for fitness from an early age and played numerous sports throughout his life.
After facing his own challenges Lloyd discovered the importance of working on weakness (mobility) which inspired him to become Yoga qualified in 2018. He has a holistic approach to what he calls the 'fitness triangle'; strength, stamina and mobility. He leaves no stones unturned. Lloyd has coached, trained and competed in many forms of amateur fitness competitions over the years.
Community and team spirit is what Lloyd is super passionate about.
